All of our shows are hosted at The Garden @ WaV, Liverpool’s ultimate indoor-outdoor party space. The venue is fully covered with a giant clear roof, fully heated, has artificial grass flooring, and is fitted with festival-grade lighting and a state-of-the-art Funktion-One sound system.

Yes! The Garden @ WaV is designed for all seasons. It’s fully covered and heated, so events run in comfort all year round no umbrellas or coats needed inside, but bring your coat any way in case you need it on the way in and out.

We offer a range of ticket options:
● General Admission standing – join the crowd and enjoy the concert atmosphere.
● VIP Deckchair seating – your own reserved seat with great views.
● VIP Booths – private spaces for groups of up to 6.
● VVIP Rattan Sofas – premium lounge seating for up to 8 with a table, perfect for celebrations.

Most concerts are standing shows, designed to capture the festival vibe. A limited number of reserved seating options are available through VIP upgrades.

We strongly advise booking in advance, as our concerts regularly sell out. If tickets remain, a small allocation may be available on the door, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Yes The Garden @ WaV has a fully stocked licensed bar with cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and soft drinks. Food vendors are available at selected events, and VIP groups can pre-order customisable drinks packages. – No outside food or drink is to be brought into the venue.

Yes – valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, PASS card) may be required for entry to events if security feels right to do so if attendees are unaccompanied by a challenge 25 adults.

The Garden @ Wav is mostly wheelchair accessible, with only a few small single steps in and out of certain areas such as the bar and main entrance. Our team is always happy to assist with access and movement around the venue — just let a member of staff know on arrival, or contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.

If a concert is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you can’t attend, you can request a refund directly via the ticket platform (e.g., Fatsoma).

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling. Please check the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Log into your ticket provider account to re-download your ticket or access your e-ticket on your phone. We do not issue replacements directly.

No – outside food and drink are not permitted. The venue has a fully licensed bar with a wide selection of options.

Yes – cloakroom facilities are available for coats and small bags. Please avoid bringing large luggage or items.

The venue has a designated outdoor smoking area. Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) is not permitted inside the main event space.
